Ordering Instructions

Please be advised the regular processing time is five (5) business days for forms and fourteen (14) business days for strata documents, as per section 36 (3) of the Strata Property Act.

Any requests received after 1:00 PM will be considered received the following day. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays. Rush fees apply to forms and documents required before the regular service time frame.

How to order

We offer the following options for ordering strata documents:

1. Online through Strata Press allows you to download documents, such as minutes, bylaws, financials, etc. instantly. Strata Press: Delivery/Processing Fee of $12.00 (as of 2022, subject to change).
2. Online through eStrataHub. E-Strata Hub: Delivery/Processing Fee of $30.00 (as of 2022, subject to change).
